Question : Problem: Blackberry Server no longer connecting to phones.

I have a blackberry server I run with only three phones.
on 9/1 the server stopped sending messages.
So I've done some testing, reinstalled the software with no resolve.
This is what I do know, if I go into the blackberry interface and send an email it does show up in exchange.
If I send an email to my email address tied to my phone the server doesn't see the email
if I send an email from my phone to another person's email address its doesn't work.
I do not recieve emails on my phone as of now.

  I'm at a loss on this one.

Yes BIS works correctly.  The only function(s) we're missing is calender and contacts synching but I can do that manually till I figure it out.  The permissions where set up the way BB said in the manual (yes I read the entire thing) for exchange 2007 and the server worked for months.  I'm not sure what is going on but when I have the time I'm going to try to reinstall and start over.  Thanks for all your help guys.
