Question : Problem: Please correct your Exchange Server password

I am trying to sync my Palm Treo 700wx with my Exchange account in Windows SBS 2003. When I try to sync, it says "Please correct your Exchange Server password". I can access OMA on the device fine. I have found several posts on this same issue, but no resolution. I am using a self signed certificate which I have installed on the device. I have tried deleting/re=creating the exchange server account from the phone, tried entering the password several times, tried all steps in MS kb915840. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Answer : Problem: Please correct your Exchange Server password

The active-syc folder should be under the default website in iis management console, will have a cog as an icon, if that is not there then that could likely be the cause of your problem.  You will need active sync in order to sync your phone with exchange.

What service pack is exchange running?  it should be SP2.
