Question : Problem: Extracting music from Ipod Touch - same problem - not solved

Hi, I have the same problem. I can connect my iPod Touch 16 GB to my Dell computer (Vista Home Premium, all updates installe) and iTunes starts upe as it should finding the iPod. But when I try to find my iPod using other software or My Coputer it does not show up as a device even I know it is connected. The solution as described here to turn the iPod to a USB disk does not apply to iPod Touch as those buttons mentione do not exist. Any other solution tips?

Did you try Touchcopy?
Also In Vista you need to have ALL privileges, to install and operate both ITunes & Touchcopy
