Question : Problem: Replacement hard drive for laptop

My internal hard drive on my Dell Inspiron 8600 notebook is fried.  I'd like to get something bigger than what I had - perhaps 160GB.  What types of hard drives are compatible with my laptop and will it support that big a drive?

As far as I can tell from Dell's website, your system uses a 2.5" IDE drive (as opposed to SATA). Any drive of this type should work. Below is a link to some.
