Question : Problem: Sysprep removed Shockwave, Flash Player, and Media Player 11....

This last summer we started using Sysprep when ghosting our images.  We've never had problems with the computers having the same SID, but thought we better use Sysprep before we have problems.  Sysprep seemed to work great, being able to setup the computer completely in mini setup.  However, we had to resintall Flash, Shockwave, and Media Player 11.  Why does Sysprep remove these?  Is this by design?  Also, what can happen if you ghost without using Sysprep?

Answer : Problem: Sysprep removed Shockwave, Flash Player, and Media Player 11....

Sounds strange, for Shockwave and Flash can you check the following folders exist after ghosting:
C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Shockwave 10

Sysprep shouldn't be removing these files as they are independant of the operating system.  It makes me wander if the applications were installed in per user mode rather than per machine mode, which would explain why they wouldn't appear for new users?  Just a thought anyway.

Cheers
