Question : Problem: active sync deleting contacts after you run active sync util

I have some users that have gen1 and gen 2 iphones. they have existing contacts already on thier phones. the first user i ran the active sync wizard on using the app from apple stripped of all the names of her contacts. from what i've read this is what those iphones do. I cannot swap her old sim to the iphone, does anyone have some ideas of how to import her old contacts back into her crappy iphone?

They do not over write the contacts...at the bottom of the contacts it will say active sync or exchange or what you name active sync profile. You just need to select what contacts you want to be open when you select the contact button. It will also sometimes by default display all contacts.....
