Question : Problem: Blackberry Phones Using Blackberry Redirector
I have two Blackberry Pearl users. They use Blackberry Redirector to forward their emails to their phones from Outlook 2003/2007.
Recently our company upgraded to Exchange 2007 and all of a sudden stopped receiving emails.
I checked the Anti-Spam filter quarantine and see many NDR with Subject: RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87f
e-00600811
c6a2
I also checked their Blackberry Redirector and it shows that no emails has been forwarded and the queue is pretty high.
I've searched around the web but couldn't find any information on how to setup Blackberry Redirector with Exchange 2007. Since we only have two users, BES is probably not an option.
Thanks!
