Question : Problem: Panasonic DP-C262 "Scan to Email":  Scanning multiple documents at one time do not go into a single .pdf file.  The files are individually sent.  20 scans = 20 separate emails (1 page per)

System:
Printer/Scanner is a Panasonic DP-C262.  We had been using the scanner to send all scanned documents to a network share.  Recently, we enabled the scan to email option.  We are connecting via SMTP.  We are only able to send scanned images to local email addresses (this isnt the problem) directly from the scanner itself.  Take note that we do not use the scan/fax option, nor do we even have the service enabled.

Problem:
The problem is that when I scan multiple documents, the emails are all being sent per-page.  So, if I scan a 20 page report, I get 20 emails all with each page.

If I scan to a network drive rather than scanning to an email, the multiple documents all go into one single pdf file.

What do I have to do to get the emails to all be combined as one single .pdf just like when I am scanning to the network drive?  Is this controlled through the address book application, web-interface menu, or from the printers LCD console?
