Do you need to remove the SMS Advance Client before you create an image to push out using SMS or BDD? If so how do you remove the Client.

You should not remove it if running zero touch. For lite touch it will not matter either way, but you should make sure to run ccmdelcert.exe if keeping it on the image. To remove the client completely, run ccmclean.exe.
