Question : Problem: can't access any websites on dell powervault 745n running windows storage server 2003

I have reinstalled windows storage server 2003 on Dell powervault 745n. I am not able to log on to the internet from IE and also mozilla.. I can ping www.google.com and it works. I am able to log in to the machine from LAN.

It is given static ip address which is 192.168.0.16 and gateway is 0.1 and dns servers are also provided.

Also i would like to update the .net framework of the machine to 2.0 for one of my programs to run in it. The frameworks that comes with it 1.0. Any step by step procedures to update it?

Installing the 2.0 framework is a fairly trivial process.  Just download it from Microsoft, and install it.  Realize that it will change any IIS configurations to start using the 2.0 framework, which might mess up a running web site.
