Question : Problem: iTunes & Burning CDs

Everytime I open iTunes I get the error message listed. I've tried reinstalling the softare, however it does not have any effect. I cannot burn music onto CDs or DVDs. I had Nero 8 essentials installed and I have not removed that. However I still get the same message.

Please assist....
