Question : Problem: USB Speechmike intermittently not recognized when plugged in
I have a client that dictates with a SpeechMike Pro. Occasionally when he plugs in the speechmike, it is not recognized. I have made sure all of the drivers are up-to-date. The SpeechMike is only a couple months old and the laptop is less than a year old. We are using Windows XP SP2. The laptop is a Dell Latitude D630. I can't seem to find the speechmike under "safely remove hardware" when it is working either.
