Question : Problem: Mogul HTC PPC 6800 running windows mobile 6.0 Deleting emails before they are read

Have a user who is using the new mogul HTC PPC 6800 and its running windows mobile 6.0.  He is the ony user out of 7 of them that have the device whose email is randomly deleting before he even reads them.  He's not the smartest tool in the shed but I sincerely believe he isn't doing anything to make this happen.  We have it setup with MS Exchange 2003 using the push technology.  Very simple stuff but his phone is setup exactly like everyone else's and he's getting deleted non-read emails.  Does anyone have any idea what might cause this or where I can go to fix it?
