Question : Problem: Getting CPU Mismatch error every time when the system started.

Getting CPU Mismatch Error every time when the system is started or rebooted. Changed the settings in the CMOS but also the Error continues. Motherboard is Mercury Intel 810 Chipset board, Processor Celeron 600Mhz. As from related questions came to know that it is better to update the BIOS but where can i get the BIOS Update for this M/Board.  Also pls let me know if there is some other way to solve this problem.
