Question : Problem: Trying to reset the user name & password on APC ap9211 Masterswitch

I am trying to reset the user name & password on my APC ap9211 Masterswitch and after following the steps found here: http://www.ufponline.net/tech/Hardware%5CAPC%5CAP9606%20Network%20Management%20Card%20Password but I have had no luck.
It does everything the instructions says it will with the exception of actually resetting the user name & password. Does anyone know what the solution to this would be?
