Question : Problem: Media Manager runtime error

I'm trying to get media manager to work on my desktop computer for my blackberry phone. The desktop application lanch just fine but when I try to lunch media manager it give a Microsoft runtime error and I can't figure out how to fix it.

Please post the exact error.

Also check that your phone is connected when you launch media manager.

In addition check the firmware version of your phone and compare with minimum requirements.

Do you have the latest BB desktop manager ?
