Question : Problem: cannot connect my PPC to my sharepoint 3.0 site

I am unable throught IE on my PPC to connect to my wss 3.0 site.
I can use my PPC to connect to htt://www.wssdemo.com/blog/m with no problems at all.
I can use my laptop with a VPN connection and IE 7, connect to my wss mobile URL .
i am thinking something on my SBS 2003 R2 is blocking my PPC.
