Question : Problem: Ricoh copier scanner function issues

I have 25 Ricoh copiers on my network (Server 2003 environment) with scanner functions built-in. I have installed TWIAN drivers for the 1022-1027,1035-1045, 2022-2027, and 2035-2045 series copiers with no issues. I launch the MS Scanning program under MS Office, MS Office Tools (in Office 2003) and the program polls all type 2035 'scanners' on the network. I only have two 2035e, and they will not show up in the available scanners to choose from. All other scanners pop up when polled, and I can scan from the workstation, no problems. This is a Coast Guard network, and email server option from the copier is not allowed due to security restrictions.

Answer : Problem: Ricoh copier scanner function issues

I decided to use the 2045 print drivers for the copiers (even though they are 2035E's). The installed the TWAIN drivers for 2045, and the scanners showed/answered when polled, scan successful. Situation resolved, pls close ticket.
