Question : Problem: Why does music suddenly start playing arbitrarily?

My client is complaining that, when she's on her computer, strange music or news stations suddenly start playing. She said she isn't doing anything in particular at the time. Could this mean there's a virus? Or someone took over her computer? Or something else?

Answer : Problem: Why does music suddenly start playing arbitrarily?

Her system was so full of viruses she needs the whole thing redone! I could barely start it up! Trojans kept wanted to get in! After a little while, I couldn't start it up at all!

I'm not sure if I should award points for this question or not. I didn't even get to DEAL with the music issue! And I don't think the issue was spyware either. She's either going to have me reinstall the operating system or buy a new computer.

Please let me know what you guys think is fair to do about the points.
