Question : Problem: Help

Front panel Fan led flashing orange,  When the server fail both led flashing orange Fan and !
When it's fail I reboot the server and get the message "error message: 1611- drive (fan 5) failure detected"  I just ignor it and all fine Exept the Fan flash orange

Fan 5 has failed or there is a problem on it which has been detected by the server... surely the answer is to replace it?  Servers need to be cooled.
