Question : Problem: Building a computer for video Editing

Hi Experts,

I am going to purchase a computer with the intended purpose of video editing.  Not real high end editing just for school use since I am a teacher.  Are there any good computers already out there for this purpose?  If not I guess I will have to build one out of components.

What are some good specs to keep in mind?
Processor
Graphics card
Hard Drive
Ram
etc.
