I have a server with three NIC's and i want to bind them, how do i go about doing this. The O/S is windows 2003

hi!
you have to install drivers and network tool from your server manufacturers.
if it is hp servers, then go to hp drivers and network utility.
then you will use utility to team nics.
however, if you want to aggregate performance, then you have to configure your switches accordingly, otherwise only redundancy teaming mode will be available.
