Question : Problem: CDRW doesn't load properly WIN XP

I'm getting the following error messages and I'm also unable to see my cd drive in my computer as it comes up with a yellow exclamation point in device manager
Running WIN XP SP2
I've tried two different cd drives same problem
Any ideas?

Have you tried a different ATA cable on the drive?
