Question : Problem: iPaq Pocket PC not syncing with ActiveSync3.8

I have a Compaq iPaq Pocket PC that has been syncing properly via Microsoft ActiveSync v3.8.  As of a few days ago, it ceased syncing.  When the ActiveSync window opens up.  None of the sources that it should be syncing to are listed in the bottom window and it seems to stall about 10-15% of the way accross the status bar.  I then get an ActiveSync error message and I have to re-boot my system to get ActiveSync to close.

Have you checked running apps on the handheld?  Try resetting the IPaq if you haven't already done so, or go to system on the handheld, memory, running programs and close any you see running.
