Question : Problem: Printer:  Maintenance

Hello Experts,

I have an HP 4250 which is getting a message that states..."Perform Printer Maintenance".  I was informed that a maintenance was indeed performed but they were not able to reset seomething that eliminates that message.  New to printer maintenance, does anybody know as to how to reset the counter?  I am assuming that the message is caused by the number of pages printed by the printer.  Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

As always, thank you for your time on this matter.
