Question : Problem: Veritas cannot restore back up to disk network folder

Help

My Exchange database has fallen over and I am having trouble restoring the backups.

I have a Windows 2000 SBS Server running Exchange 2000.  Veritas Backup Exec V9 is in charge of Backups.

Within Backup Exec V9 I have setup two Backup to Disk Folders.

1) Backup to Disk Folder 1 is a mapped network drive L:
2) Backup to Disk Folder 2 is an external usb 2.0 Hard Drive G:

They have been doing full backups at 11:00pm at night.

I moved the corrupted database out of the folder and now that folder is free.

It is d:\data\exchange


I can see the restore selection under the restore tab for both mailboxes and public folders.
When I tried to restore Backup to Disk Folder 1 it gives me an error.  
Final Error Code; a000848c HEX
Final error description;unable to attach to one of the drives.  


Please help as my company needs email to operate.
