Question : Problem: Will be truncated if you send the message now
One of the clients has a BlackBerry (8330) and each time when he tries to reply to any of his e-mail on his BlackBerry he receive a warning message The complete text of the original message has not been downloaded to your device and will be truncated if you send the message now. However he can view the contents of his e-mail and he can reply without any problem. At our company we use Exchange server and BBS. What causing this warning message and how to turn it off? It seems to me that there might be too many e-mails saved on the device or some of the big attach files takes up too much space on the BlackBerry but clients deleted most of his e-mails and he still receives the above warning message.
Answer : Problem: Will be truncated if you send the message now
The quickest fix is generally to wipe the device and then delete the BES account and set them up as a new user. I know this is a little over the top but it covers all bases and get the users up and running quicker.
