Question : Problem: Cisco Unity Express IMAP and iPhone

I have a couple of iPhones, v2.2
I am trying to set them up to retrieve voicemail via IMAP to a CME7.1/CUE7.0
I have tried it via Cisco VPN, wireless on the LAN and over the Internet
When over the VPN or wireless LAN I can ping the CUE and the SMTP server but when it goes to retrieve the messages it says it cannot connect.
If I use the same settings/credentials in Outlook, it works fine.
On the iPhone, I verified that SSL was off.

Answer : Problem: Cisco Unity Express IMAP and iPhone

The iPhone doesn't work with IMAP to CUE.  Cisco's official response that I heard is that 'this has not been tested'.  I haven't seen any roadmap or heard anything else when IMAP will work with the iPhone.  They will have the CallConnector Server 2.0 out soon and it is supposed to have an app that will run on the iPhone.

That's all I've heard so far.
