I have a "Microsoft MultiMedia Keyboard 1.0A" How do I set the "F Lock" setting on by default on startup (e.g. like the Num Lock which I have set on by default)?

It tells you how you can solve the problem. It has registry files that will do this for you automatically in small zip files on this page.
You must how ever be running windows xp or 2000 you can't use them in 98 or ME.
