On An HP Proliant 310 ML server, how can I disable the HP Ethernet Boot Agent from being used at all?

To remove the Boot Agent, two ways I can think of:
If it can be done in BIOS, it should be in the Boot Order or Network (NIC) on-board card...Probably best bet.
Sometimes it can be disabled from the software itself, open your Ethernet from the bottom right tray or from the Start Menu in Windows.
