Question : Problem: Error 721 when trying to connect to VPN

Im trying to connect to my home network via VPN, however it does not seem to work.

At home i have a NetGear Router with the DMZ server set up as 192.168.0.2 ( my VPN server ).

However it tries to verify the username and password, then times out with a 721 error.

can anyone help ?
