Question : Problem: Windows Server 2003, ntbackup with multiple tape drives

We have a windows 2003 server and use a scheduled batch job to backup to a Sony AIT3 tape drive. Recently we started to overflow the tape drive and thought the easiest fix would be to buy a second tape. The question I have is how can we tell ntbackup.exe to backup to one or other of the drives. As they are both the same they seem to be both in the same media pool. We were planning to backup all the data (files etc...) to one tape and the System Drive and Exchange server to another tape. It looks to me like it would be pot luck as to which drive would be used for each backup.
