Hmm - that link you posted sounds interesting - although I'd always been under the impression that a RAM drive was lost each time you rebooted (i.e. has to be recreated and any data recopied to it).
Personally, I don't see much benefit for you by using it...some people load their pagefiles on a ram drive so that it's wiped out each time they reboot.  This not only increases the access time to 'virtual memory' but also provides the same security has hacking the registry to remove the pagefile on shutdown...
