Question : Problem: Problems with graphic card or else?

When i start a game like Morrowind graphic in it is bad. Some of polygons arent writen at all so people dont have hair , hands or legs etc. And game is realy slow. Also i tried with other game - "Sacred" - there is other problem, when i start a game it shows first scene of game and the rapidly becomes black.I asume that those problems are connected. When i tried to turn the Morrowind via task manager i  noticed that morrowind.exe process uses 99% of processes.

Also note that I formated C partition and installed new XP few days ago.
Graphic card is purchased on 10.06.2004 (reason is that i had very similar problem with my old graphic card so i thought that it wasnt function properly)
But as you see its most possible it isnt.
