Looking for a recommendation on complete IT infrastructure (network, servers, apps, etc.) monitoring software (or hardware combination). No price is too high or low. Input and experience appreciated.

its  a great hard wear monitering. uses SNMP but nice easy to set up. easy to see the settings as its all web based. good reporting and now good reporting!
