Question : Problem: Changing Blackberry Devices on existing account

I have a user with an existing Balckberry/Exchange account.  I need to associate a new Blackberry device to the existing account.  How do I go about this?

Is it only a matter of changing the existing PIN number to the new one in the user's account or??

This is urgent as well as I need to get this done first thing tomorrow (7/1)morning.
