Question : Problem: Mac & PC compatible video capture card?

I'm looking for some external video capture card (where I can plug a simple RCA video cable), that is compatible with both Mac and PC via USB if possible, does such a thing exist?? Where can i find it??

If there isnt' such thing I would then prefer a capture card compatible only with my macbook
