Question : Problem: Tray 1 Load Plain J I S B 5

I have a HP 4000. It comes up with Tray 1 Load Plain JISB5 on the display. I has two paper trays. Tried switching them to see if it would go away. You press go and it will print out a page. but the error returns.

Check the paper size settings in the driver. If you are using Word, also check the paper size in Page Setup.
