Question : Problem: Strange VNC problem will not accept remote ctrl alt delete

I have VNC installed on over 200 machines where I work.  VNC is always configured for service mode and password protected.  On one machine, after entering authentication the screen comes up with "press ctrl-alt-delete to logon", but freezes halfway through drawing the screen.  Remote Desktop works fine.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried different versions, all to no avail.

Ok, so it has nothing to do with control alt delete.
Anything unusual about the video or resolution?
This happens to any PC trying to connect VNC?
Can you VNC from this machine to others?
Will a reverse VNC session from this PC work?
