Question : Problem: Server hanging on bootup

Hello,
I have a Dell PowerEdge that will not boot up now.  When I attempt to boot the computer it says the following.

ATI Rage SDRAM BIOS P/N GR-xldels3y.07a-4.333
Dell Remote Access Card Detected
Initializing Dell Remote Access Card III

After a couple of minutes the above initialization fails and then it gets to the DELL splash screen where it appears to be loading the BIOS.  All of that finishes just fine and I get to a black screen which says the following:

Checking embedded server management

Then is says:

Embedded server management is not present

One 2400 Mhz Processor, L2 cache: 512 KB

This is where the server hangs and will go no further.

I have removed all of the drives incase there was a SCSI problem but I receive the say thing everytime.  I am also unable to get into Setup, Utility Mode, or PXE Boot because of where it is hanging.  This system is running Windows 2000 service pack 4 but I don't think that really matters because it doesn't appear that the server is getting any where close to loading the OS.  Any help with this issuse would be great.

Thanks,

Mike Walton
