Question : Problem: Hot Motherboard - ASUS P5W DH Deluxe: Cooling Suggestions?

My motherboard is very hot and I am looking for any suggestions. Is there such a thing as a motherboard cooling system?
Temperature reads:
CPU 39-41
MOBO 49-51
Asus P5W-DH Deluxe
Pentium D 2.8
Tuniq Tower 120
2 GB RAM
Gigabyte 3D Aurora 570 (using the mesh side screen - not the clear see-through panel)
Seasonic 600W PSU
Sapphire X1950XT
I removed the plastic film on the three gold boxes which is supposed to dissipate the heat better.
