Question : Problem: Back-up is failing on a specific server...

In using Veritas Back-up Exec 9.0, all servers are being backed up successfully except one. Below is the results sent to the log file:

Just to give you an idea as to what is running on this server, there is SQL w/ SP3 and imaging server software by ImageSoft. We have verified it is not the NIC (yes it is backing up over the network) and all servers are being backed up in the same manner. Any help would be great..I am at a loss.
