compaq evo 51s with intel extreme integrated graphics video memory stuck on 12mb no way i can see to upgrade in bios

I am assuming this is  onboard video. The intel extreme graphics may only show 12mb, but it has a dynamic memory solution. What this means is that when it requires more shared ram it can allocate it when necessary. This of course is limited to the amount of ram you have installed on the computer. If your running XP with say, 128MB of ram then it won't be able to allocate very much.
