Question : Problem: BrightStor ArcServe 11.1 Exchange Agent

I have recently setup an Exchange 2007 server to replace the 2003 server. All is well on that front, but I need to locate the agent on my CA cd's and can not. Of course the new server is 64 bit where my old one was 32 bit, not sure if the agent is 64 bit.

Hi,
Exchange 2007 is supported with 11.5 sp3 only. The prior versions of arcserve does not have any agent for exch2007. If you have a existing enterprise supporte you can check with the sales team to know if you are eligible for a free upgrade or not. Otherwise no option other than using 11.5 sp3. CA has come up with R12 the latest release for ARCserve. You can download the trial and test othrewise.
