Question : Problem: Where to find driver and firmware for the tape drive

I have an ibm server x 3550 with an external tape drive . lately my backup is giving me problems. Could someone tell me where to find the proper driver and firmware for the tape drive I have specified.

I assume the tag "Quantum L2O 2" means "LTO 2". If it's a half height drive go to:
