Question : Problem: HP LaserJet 1320n has stopped responding to print orders from workstations.

Printer has been connected to local network, via the jetdirect network card. Manually generated test prints work just fine. Accessing the printer firmware via Internet Explorer and running test prints works fine. However, it will not respond to print orders sent by network workstations. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, with updated drivers, to no avail.

Have you assigned the printer a static IP address on your router?
