Question : Problem: HP ProLiant ML350 G3 Server fans always running?
I have a customer that has an HP ProLiant ML350 G3 server. When you "shut down" the server either using windows shutdown or the power button. The server's fans in the redundant power supply area continually run when the server is "off". Is this normal?

Just so everyone knows. This model of ProLiants *DO* run all the time unless you remove power to them.
