Question : Problem: Citrix Program neighborhood client question

I will have multiple end users accessing the citrix client from the same workstation . I would like all users using the same AD user account to access the application (AD user accout based on machine name) .  I tried adding a shortcut to the all users folder \desktop . As a test I login into the machine with a different username and click on the citrix shortcut on my desktop and was given an error. I want to save time and not set the program for each user profile ( end users are old grandmas with no clue)

Any ideas

copy the folder under C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\ICAClient

the ICAClient folder contains all of the Program Neighborhood settings so just set this up for one user and copy the folder to everyone else's profile.
