Question : Problem: Software or other solution for presentation.
I am going to be running a presentation using a laptop and a second monitor, The second monitor will be out of my sight and I do not wish to clone my monitor as i have information such as notes i do not want up on the screen.
The issue is that the second monitor will be out of my sight and I would not be able to simply use the second monitor in a classic dual setup because i will not be able to view the second monitor.
I am looking for a way to keep the original desktop out of sight and still be able to show what I want. If there is some presentation software that is like a PIP for the original or some way i can mark certain open programs to be able to be seen on the second monitor.

I'm not sure about a software solution. One thing you could do is hook up a video splitter to the secondary monitor port and hook up a third monitor. This would allow you to see exactly what your audience is seeing on the presentation display.
