Question : Problem: The "Stand By" option doesn't come up when I click "Shut Down"

Hi!
When I click Shut down on my Dell Latitude D630 running Win 2K3, the only options which come up are "Log Off", "Shut Down" and "Restart". There is no "Standy By" option. Anyone know what I need to do? This is driving me nuts ...
